新現場采樣設備配陣列光譜儀對玉米秸稈飼料的品質測量

干草的品質在玉米的育種計劃中有重要意義，而傳統的測量秸稈品質的方法的成本很高，有限經費的開采對秸稈的各基因變化不能完全掌握。文章介紹應用NIRS對一個新采樣測量的方法來判斷玉米秸稈飼料的品質。而這方法就是使用陣列式光譜儀Corona45NIR，安裝在J.Haldrup的設備上。


下圖顯示CORONA 45(Spectrometer)安裝在設備上的，方便安裝拆卸，測量快速及穩定。
